DW Real Estate GmbH is pleased to announce the full letting of Dresden's Annenhöfe with over 20,000 square meters of rental space. In addition to users such as the state capital Dresden or the IU Internationale Hochschule, DWRE has now signed a long-term rental agreement with an international business consultancy for around 3,500 square meters. Porsche consulting subsidiary MHP — A Porsche Company also leases around 1,000 square meters of office space. DWRE was also able to win over the Barkhausen Institute at TU Dresden with a demo and lab space for R&D in the area of Internet of Things.
