Working student for Real Estate Transactions/Asset Management (f/m/d) at Munich and Frankfurt am Main locations

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a working student at each location in Munich and Frankfurt am Main as soon as possible.

The company's investment focus is on commercial and residential real estate in Germany and the Netherlands in the areas of “core+” to “opportunistic.” Our investment partners are institutional German and Anglo-Saxon companies. The group has offices in Frankfurt, Munich and Amsterdam and employs around 25 people. Since its inception, a transaction volume of more than €2 billion has been implemented.

Tasks

  • Support in ongoing asset management (reporting, target/actual reconciliation, profitability calculations, etc.)
  • Support in Underwriting Investment Offers (Assistance in Preparing Business Plans, Preparation of Presentations, Research)
  • Cash flow analyses and financial modelling, including scenario and sensitivity analyses
  • Participation in the Preparation of Draft Decisions
  • Support in ongoing business operations

  • Good to very good MS Office skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
